Return Policy

1. General Policy

At Buyhype, we strive to deliver high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, unless otherwise specified.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective product

  • Incorrect product delivered

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Mandatory proof must be provided (see Section 3)

Requests raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.

3. Mandatory Evidence for Claims

To process any return or replacement request, the customer must provide:

a) Unedited Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • Shipping label with order details

  • Continuous opening of the parcel

  • The product received

b) Clear Photographs

  • Outer packaging

  • Inner packaging

  • Product received

  • Shipping label

❗ Claims without proper evidence may be rejected at Buyhype’s sole discretion.


4. Damaged or Tampered Package

If the parcel appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Immediately inform Buyhype via email

Buyhype shall not be responsible for claims where delivery is accepted despite visible damage.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on banks/payment gateways

  • COD orders are eligible only for replacement, not refunds (unless otherwise approved)

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Sale & Promotional Purchases

For discounted or promotional sales:

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges

  • Coupons, loyalty points, or vouchers cannot be redeemed unless stated

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Sale items

  • Used or altered products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items without proper claim evidence
